HOW CAN YOU BE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AT WORK?

• Reduced energy consumption. 
•  Ensure that facilities and equipment are properly maintained to minimize leaks, waste, and other negative environmental impacts. 
•  Efficiently uses materials such as paper, water, and other resources. Opt for products and materials that are eco-friendly and have a low environmental impact.

WHAT KIND OF INCENTIVES COULD A GREEN COMPANY OFFER TO ITS EMPLOYEES?

• Set goals related to reducing energy consumption, recycling, or conserving resources, and offer bonuses or financial incentives when those goals are achieved. 
•  Offer training and professional development opportunities on topics related to sustainability and the environment, such as courses on energy efficiency, waste management, etc.
• Reward employees who use sustainable transportation (such as bicycles or public transportation) with additional days off or flexible work schedules.

 IN WHAT OTHER WAYS COULD BUSINESSES INVOLVE THEIR EMPLOYEES IN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES?

• Establish formal or informal channels for employees to provide feedback and suggestions related to improving environmental practices in the company. Foster an environment where ideas are welcomed and considered for implementation.
•  Encourage employees to propose innovative ideas that promote sustainability within the company, such as new eco-friendly products, more efficient processes or clean technologies.

FORUM SHARING WORK EXPERIENCES 

At the moment I have a business and I am basically in charge of everything, every other day I am in charge of uploading everything to social networks and promoting my products that are based on a lot of effort and a lot of love, my business is based on products made with resin and by hand.

 My venture was born in October of last year because at that time I did not have a good job and I wanted to make changes in my life, so I decided to take a risk and invest and being very honest it has been one of the best decisions I have made so far.

The key for a venture to work is to be very authentic and very creative both for social networks and also for the product itself as such, I have gone through ups and downs understanding that with so much competition some prices can be more affordable, the goal is not to stop fighting and be better every day in order to differentiate yourself from all the competition and be able to achieve the final goal.

 I am constantly learning, learning a little more every day.
