ATTITUDES Have to the capacity to be empathetic enough and above all I know how to listen, I accept and recognize when I make a mistake, I try to take the initiative whenever I can and I feel it is necessary, I am sincere and when something does not please me or I think it is unfair I will definitely say it. 

BELIEFS Have to a mission and vision, goals that I will fight for until God allows me, I trust myself and I know how far I am able to go, something that I have very clear and is that despite everything I must be sufficiently resilient and disciplined to overcome everything that is presented to me.

OBLIGATIONS One of the most fundamental parts in both work and academia is teamwork and within that team being able to express values of respect, sincerity, honesty and tolerance, understanding that everyone does not think alike and clearly following some kind of rules to avoid conflicts and inequalities.

THE LEADERSHIP PLANS:

Equity, collaboration, equality are the first steps for good leadership and above all for a functional team, continuous improvement and it is important that both the leader and the team have a vision and mission to be able to take the team forward.

SOLUTIONS: To be a good leader first and foremost you have to be human to overcome all the difficulties and problems, for me communication will always do the most important thing and I speak from experience since since I began to study on many occasions I have assumed the role of leader and so that a group can function the most important thing is collaboration and support.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY PLANS: It is a matter of discipline and communication, everything is basically in what the person has in his head and the goals and objectives that characterize him, In the academic context we find that to achieve everything we want to have very clear what we want and where we want to go.

SOLUTIONS: Everything is in the person and his vision, we can all achieve everything we set, but if there is no vision and a fixed goal we would not do anything for that reason if we have a dream, an objective or a goal we have to see it and work on it to achieve it.
