SOLUTIONS: To be a good leader first and foremost you have to be human to overcome all the difficulties and problems, for me communication will always do the most important thing and I speak from experience since since I began to study on many occasions I have assumed the role of leader and so that a group can function the most important thing is collaboration and support.
